Thanks for the warm welcome, everybody!

I do have 1 quastion 🙋 If I wanted to make a thread where I can post about my experience getting into Simpsons (mentioning my thoughts on episodes as I watch them, thoughts, musings, etc.) would that fit better on the General Discussion or Episode Discussion? I ask because I've noticed that Episode Discussion tends to be mostly single-episode threads that go more in-depth.

Hello, I am Jackson. I have been a fan of this show since 2024. I don’t know how I became a fan but I guess I was intrigued with the relationships of some characters and the humor can be especially funny, like in Homer Badman. As some of you may know, I was the one who posted that H&M thread last summer but I am trying to move on from there. I tend to ruminate on a lot of things that worry me, even those that seem unimportant, like in the thread posted here. I do try to understand what others think though to try and help me, it’s just that I stress a lot because of school or other matter like this one. Though, I did eventually apologize for everything and started to review some episodes that I’ve watched. With this out of the way, I am smart with mathematics and I like it because it involves numbers and such, and you can do interesting things with them like take the successor of a number, add them, subtract them, multiply/divide, etc.

My name is Solaris, i'm a person who loves 2 things: Simpsons and Old Internet forums, I currently own 3 of the box sets (including the infamous homer head season 6, though mine is in excellent condition) as well as a DVD Copy of the movie, I love physical media and the earlier seasons of the show! it's nice to meet you all!

HELLOOOOO NoHomers Club!

I've been a fan of the show since I was about 7 years old and it continues to play a big role in my life to this day. thought it would be fun to stop by and chat with some like-minded Simpsons fans

I rewatch the classic era constantly, the Oakley and Weinstein years are the ones I find myself coming back to most often. my favorite eps include Homer's Enemy, Mother Simpson, and The Mysterious Voyage of Homer

Hello, I'm Season 9 Lover. I made a few posts here already, but I just wanted to formally introduce myself. As you can guess, my favorite season is Season 9. In general, I'd say the Scully era is my personal favorite era of the show. Call me crazy, but I just love wacky absurdist plots. One of my favorite shows is American Dad, after all.

I started watching The Simpsons around the time Season 29 was airing. My introduction was through the Christmas DVD, meaning that Simpsons Roasting On An Open Fire and Mr Plow were the first episodes I ever saw. To this day, Mr Plow remains one of my favorites.
