A Sketchy Area (10.03/10-10-2018)
A very good one. So, i like how Luke/Phil stories are paired. Always a pleasure. It turns out Phil is a very supportive dad as he helps Luke practice Rugby every afternoon at community college. Plus, Luke has some "feminine class aka lunch break", don't forget. But, Phil saw earlier a class about real state and offered the teacher to replace him .
Soon, a lot of his students liked him and he was even promoted to teacher. Good story ? Well, not really because Luke does not want him to be here. The reason is simple. He never had a space of his own, but he finally changes his mind after the Rugby coach told him he was accepted in the team. Remember Phil was a DJ in 1.14 ? He still mentions it.
Meanwhile, Jay and Claire begin their first day with their new electronical closet associate. It turns out they are very relax, and very cool, but Jay ruins everything. Damn, this guy needs to be more tolerant. Claire is caught in the middle.
Mitch and Cam's day is also important. Mitch has his very first affair with the judge (poor guy, he always has to bear a Pritchett member, though this time, he does not fire him, luckily) but Dan Levy was previously one of Mitch and Cam's guest and they offended him (never understood how, but still). Now, he returns as a sketchman and wants to make a very ugly portrait of Mitchell... It's up to Cameron to save the day.
As for Gloria, it was Joe's first day at preschool (and his 50th by the way) and he was very terrified because he had to take his lunch at canteen and he had to go to school alone (though Gloria let him also go home alone, a bit dangerous). But Gloria was very stressful after Alex's surprise visit who said she did not want to do any science after she graduate. The parallel Jay/Alex and Gloria/Claire was cool, especially because we rarely see Jay and Alex together.
