Yes and no. I fell asleep about 90 minutes in (not because the movie was bad, but cause it was 2:30 in the morning), but that's OK. I normally watch a movie twice if I can to see what I may not have noticed, or in this case, slept through.

I thought it was quite the visual feast, but probably not one that will make my rotation too often. It's kind of like Citizen Kane. I know it's groundbreaking and first rate, but it's not really the type of movie I would watch casually although the soundtrack is pretty kickass

The Shining (feel bad for never watching that movie)

A bit surprised you never watched Vertigo, Hutz. I love that movie!

The Godfather 1-3
Kill Bill 1 and 2
The Big Lebowski
Red Dragon
Se7en
The Shining
2001: A space oddesy
Cabin in the Woods

Another one I've got on DVD, but haven't felt the urge to kill 2 hours with.
For you, I'll watch it right now

Hitler's Big Adventure
Hitler's Big Adventure II: Ressurection
Hitler's Big Adventure III: North by Northeast
Hitler's Big Adventure IV: Insurrection
Hitler's Big Adventure V: The Revenge
Hitler's Big Adventure VI: Hitler Returns
Hitler's Big Adventure VII: The Beginning
Hitler's Big Adventure VIII: Origins
Hitler's Big Adventure IX: Hitler Rises
Hitler's Big Adventure X: The Final Chapter

well, actually, there's only one of the top of my head that i could watch but haven't - the wrong man

A few of my favorite movies are like that, some like Back To The Future I can watch any time. 2001, Raging Bull etc. I don't want to "overplay" them and I need to be in the right mood to watch them.

I think I preferred Rear Window over Vertigo. James Stewart`s acting at the end of Vertigo was gripping, but the final part of the end seemed a little off to me.

Star Wars Episode IV (however close to the original theatrical release I can get)
Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom
E.T.
Pulp Fiction
The Birds
The Secret of NIMH
A Miyazaki Film (I have a feeling I'd like them)
Citizen Kane
The Godfather
The Shining

Jeesh, I'm really out of it.

Have you watched The Shining yet?
