God, I was watching the scene today when Homer comes back to the hospital and decides to give Grampa the kidney. It's horrible. Notice how when he's running away he's practically in tears because he knows what a horrible thing he did and he doesn't want to undo it. How the hell are you supposed...

It just it seems that this episode is always getting talked about nowadays.

It's probably 6th most popular of the season.

Is it me, or does this episode seem to be fairly popular now? It seems to me one of the most well-liked in Season 12 along with HOMR, Trilogy of Error, HHH, Skinner's Sense of Snow and Worst Episode Ever.
