One more hockey question: Do you want the opposing goalie to freeze the puck or not? Or does it not really matter? Or does it depend on the circumstances? Because I usually get away from the goalie so I don't have to do another faceoff, but I'm not sure if I should stay close to him and make him freeze the puck instead.
Oh, okay. That does make sense. I'll have to try to get some of those on purpose tomorrow just so I can make sure I keep them to a minimum in games. Thanks!
Interesting. The last NHL game I played was NHL 06 for the GameCube. The controls have certainly gotten a lot more advanced. And I've given up trying to figure out what constitutes offsides and icing in this sport, so I just turned them off.
I play it on the PS4. There were some very minor differences between PS3 and PS4 versions of the latest MLB game (I got both, since I have a PS3 at my dad's house and a PS4 at my mom's). Did you notice any differences between the systems for the NHL game?
I see that you play the EA NHL games. I'm a Madden/MLB guy, but I got NHL 15 to check it out, and I've been having a lot of fun with it, even though I've heard of hardly any of the players.
