Thank you. I am definitely glad, as well. To say the least, it definitely contributed to a number of emotional and behavioral issues growing up which blossomed into full blown depression for awhile. I'm still recovering technically (because of added issues in adult life) but I think people have been in a good place lately which means less stress for me. Drug use here is just out of control. Every kid grows up knowing what "ice" is, the crystal meth.
Hope you get through most of the classic-era episodes, I know way too many "review every episode" websites that stop after Homer's Night Out or so. Also I hate spam comments, they're always crap like:

Hey, I've been reading the Simpsons reviews on your website. It's creative to use animated GIFs instead of still pictures to screencap the episode. Problem is, I don't have a Facebook so I can't post any comments. Just a suggestion that you might want to change that, on my former blog (which is now defunct, I'm not even sure where it is anymore) I allowed anonymous comments which made for a lot of spam, so maybe do a "name and email" thing. That seems to work fine.
