........... try anything from shadows collide with people (except the slaughter); maybe omission or regret. listen to the acoustic versions cos they're easier to pick that way. the whole californication record is good too; as john was still relearning how to play on that. but basically being able to figure out chords is the most important thing; way more necessary than melodies
learn jane says by jane's addiction. two chords. the entire song
yep i saw them once in 2007. first show i ever saw actually. i have a good audio recording of it too which was very nice when i found it. john said in some interview for whatever tour that was that the pixies were one of his fav opening bands. they usually play 2 or 3 shows at the same venue in each state when they come here. i'm going to see all the sydney shows next year when they come. i cant miss this. it'll most likely be the last chance. no john but i love josh and flea, just glad i've seen john live once. i remember getting chills when he first came out during the intro jam. vibe is strong
black dog riff is really simple but i don't really remember the rest of the song off the top of my head. not really into zeppelin anymore.. except tangerine, now thats a ballin song. just ease into the playing by ear, dont dive in the deep end. start with simple songs....................
thats why his bends are so small on the record. falcon is ridiciously hard to do bends on
dont know how to do playlists but ill link you to fuckin amazing solos/rad live versions ive seen over the years whilst studying him
