PJ Bart ("PJ Masks" title pun)

Directed by Bob Anderson
EP: Matt Selman

BART SLEEPS WELL IN ALL-NEW "PJ Bart"

In his new warm pajamas, Bart discovers that he now always has pleasant "controlled dreams". And because of better sleep at night, he becomes successful during the day as the gallow

Comments
The story is:boring: inspired by myself. Last year with new warm pajama (that were cold times) I had "lucid dreams" several nights in a row. It is interesting phenomenon, actually.
And recently I should expose this story. And I just recalled a fact: if you will follow some conditions (not using gadgets before bad, go to bad in right time etc ) your sleep will be good and you'll get more energy for the next day.🌝
The aim of idea, however, is to show that this energy also can be used for bad things (Bart's pranks)🌚  Bart will face to morality in another his lucid dream

A Fish Named Patty ("A fish named Selma" episode title pun)
Story by Cesar Mazariegos Teleplay by John Frink and Jessica Conrad
Directed by Timothy Bailey
EP: Al Jean

LISA TURNS AROUND PATTY'S TALENT IN ALL-NEW "A Fish Named Patty"

At fishing Patty showed very good in it (yeah, men lines about "not women thing"🙋‍♀️). However, Lisa asks if she doesn't feel sorry for the fish and why she fishes. She (Patty) something tells about the circle of life, but the girl demands concrete answers. Patty now ponders the reason for her fascination…

Comments
A little philosophical but not too much. Note: the story exposed from the title pun.

The Educated Singer ("The Masked Singer" pun)
Written by Tim Long
Directed by David Silverman
EP: David Mirkin

GET READY FOR EDUCATIONAL MUSICAL IN ALL-NEW "The Educated Singer"

To increase interest in learning, teachers organize a "musical" day with musical numbers. (that should must be funny😄) Meanwhile the Simpsons go on a family trip around their hometown (as they opened they never as family just walked Springfield; the kids were taken out of school, away of that "madness" there Homer's words)

TYPOS MEAN IN ALL-NEW "Correct Incorrect"

In the Retirement Castle made a typo in the name of the Grampa- Ape Simpson🐵. Other pensioners begin to pinch over it (=joking). When the information accidentally comes to the zoo that there is an "ape" in Catle they come, Grampa thinks that this is another stupid joke and pocketed on them. Because of this, he is sent to a psychiatric hospital… Meanwhile due to the error of autocorrector Bart sends Milhouse wrong word, because of what which the latter wants to break all the connections…

Comments
The main story is actually funny - I didn't want to pinch over Grampa - rather over similarity of "Abe" and "Ape" (though these words spelled in different way). Actually a long ago I really had a typo with my surname in one docuent. Moreover, because of one typo in official documentation my dad did must go to another town to fix it.:ac: So, typos really mean.
Don't know, whether you discovered, but in these post I don't use autocorrector to fix typos - inspiration for B-plot + some another real life story with accidental phone messaging not to where😳

 There will be similarity story in season 20. I told about both plots…

Stranger, Bear Word to the Ta… ("Stranger, Bear Word to the Spartans We…" novel title pun)
Written by Someone random inactive writer. Let it be Jon Vitti
Directed by Rob Oliver
EP: Matt Selman

WILL MOE BE A MASTER IN POOL IN ALL-NEW "Stranger, Bear Word to the Ta…"?

Moe's Tavern decides to hold a state snooker tournament (more than just pool). At one of the games, Moe (as "known player" - for many he owned a pool table) loses a bet on a bar. However, as long as the tournament is active, the bar is legally his. Moe must try to play one more game, and succeed

Comments
Always wanted to do an idea with that pool table. The output is not bad, I guess.
Oh, regarding title - "ta…" is for taverna

Weekend… Weekend…

First, the TBIK08 title is one of those "skipped" I'll reveal as usual.

Now, next

Jinx Club ("Winx Club" animated series title pun)
Written by Carolyn Omine and William Wright
Directed by Steven Dean Moore
EP: Al Jean (season 31 style)

AFTER QUICK SUCCESS HOMER SEEMS TO BE JINXED IN ALL-NEW SEASON FINALE "Jinx Club"

Homer saves Burns' life, and Burns raises him. Homer is so happy about his new job and posts about it on social media (naturally, isn't it?). However, suddenly everything goes worse and worse. With the help of a fortune teller (guest voiced by Whoopi Goldberg), who says that he was "jinxed" and the way out is to find the one who tricked him (wished him "well" = bad, term in English) and convince him/her. However, the post was seen by hundreds of people…

Comments
The story is deep, and based *sigh* on myself. If you're a regular viewer of this thread, you remembered I wrote here I got my first job. And, of course I shared this happiness in social media I've just have a right on it.🙂 And, so, that post was seen by many my friends, relatives, there were congrats comments etc. Then my mother warned I shouldn't do immediately after hiring and must wait for some time. As modern religious person I didn't (and still don't) believe in any jinx, hecks etc. But... for some reason I wasn't liked by my boss(es), who did gently say "I don't see your future here". And that was a strong hurt - I had so long waited for the job, already onboarded to the team, start understand the process, and NO. That time was really hard with crying, plea to every colleague to stay there. Thanks God, then I was transferred to other department, with different people, process etc. and in retrospect I'm really happy for the start to my first team. And since then I'm almost inactive in social media as I used to be except of Simpsons-related sited, of corse (fyi, I didn't use to be like people "posts/photo machine", "likes/likes!!!" - I'm adult👴 - only good photos/thoughts sometimes). I told part of this story a while ago
So (why I'm writing that?), the idea story is based on the first half of it. And the main aim is "be more careful in social media. You don't know for sure, who's on OTHER side of screen'" I've just recalled The Girl Code had similar idea. And jinx are just for comedy part😄 I don't believe in nothing, but God.🙏
Production note: there hadn't been a title for a long, until I remembered about that Winx animated series

Oh, my God! 20th season is ongoing, God bless.

This midseason post I want to thanks to all. To all of silent viewers, random visitors, repliers, regular readers and else. Maybe you think I'm too pathetic, but seriously thanks. Honestly during this long period I have thought not once this thread is just for 2-3 readers (including me), depressing a little. But then any random comment, any random like return the mood to this thread and me.

This thread survived a much times: my Covid, my university gradual, my long waiting for my first job, NHC xenforo moving (go to the link), job transferring, lost of close people, the WAR (I believe, it will do survive✌️🇺🇦 ) and much more… much more in the future. Can't imagine all started just from one post to "be like other fans with fan fiction".😃

So, season 20 is that case, where I really was pathetic :cool: - own script covers - wtf?! I'm really excited for some of future ideas. Next season will include:
1) very funny season premiere I'm excited of this story set to be;
2) many emotions stories (said not originally);
3) something political;
4) Marge returning to gambling;
5) some pupil is going to leave the Springfield Elementary (not hard to guess, who);
6) something April Fool related;
7) stories about: Moe, Burns (2 ideas), Grampa, Krusty (of course, how without him) and Gil… and the Simpsons family members (for some reason I always missed them in this list😅)
8) and a bit of toilet humor, justified

As for new tradition of title revealing this time it has no sense. Better I reveal the title of the most recent idea (I involuntarily came to it just few hours ago). So, Plans Airplanes. Let's track how much time it will be in "queue" before posting.;)

As always, I'm open in private conversation for speculation and just talk (if there are such desires at all). Also, always ask for real critics and honest opinions on ideas.

Again, thanks to all. 20th season of fun in my view, much self-irony, self-satire, I'd say, proudness for some things, honesty and hundreds of posts, those appear almost every day on Homepage:lol:. There will be more, I believe.🥲
Слава Україні!

FAMOUS TV-DETECTIVES TO HELP HOMER IN ALL-NEW SEASON PREMIERE "You Can't Do That in Polite Society, Homer!"

Marge blames Homer and is angry at him, that he did fart at a public dinner (even though no one heard, but her). Homer is sure he isn't guilty and seeks to the detectives to find out what Marge heard. At the same time, in order that Marge wouldn't completely think he is a crazy egoist, everything must go undercover…
Guest stars: David Caruso as Horatio "H" Caine, Emily Procter as Calleigh Duquesne (CSI: Miami); Pauley Perrette as Abby Sciuto (NCIS); Joe Mantegna as David Rossi, Matthew Gray Gubler as Spencer Reid, Kirsten Vangsness as Penelope Garcia (Criminal Minds); Ben Miller as Richard Poole (Death in Paradise) John Reardon as Detective Charlie Hudson (Hudson & Rex); some actor as Columbo

Comments
That's really funny story, parody on all these detective series of different times. I guess you like that or another detective series, and "what about all these detectives with their technologies, with their analytical skills would investigate some kind of stupid criminal - a person suspected in farting he didn't"🤣

First of all, that's dinner is a typical meeting of all the beau monde. Sure Marge is worried they were invited there, so she had "prepared Homer" - saying how to do and don't. Homer wouldn't be very intelligent, but quite polite with trying not to let his wife down. For example he gets nervous with "which spoon must use". However, at some moment, Marge hears some "fart sound" and "respective smell". She can't stand and immediately gets angry at Homer.

And to detectives. They're different. "really cool FBI agents" (who would do an experiment with real Homer farting in order to compare smell essence in laboratory), "a cop with a dog" (and the dog would die smelling how Homer really farts), Columbo (investigating criminal, with absurd little details), "mad/good cops" and others. Collecting them all in one place would be cool crossover, but making them to do with Homer's problem (hiding from Marge) is unreally funny, in my opinion.😂👍

With that, according to genre detectives open that dinner in full. Collect evidence, open other side lines of characters, other "sub-criminals" etc.

PEOPLE ARE GOING TO PREPARE TO ANYTHING IN ALL-NEW "Instruction for the Game of Life"

To repair the stairs, Homer barely finds a video lesson, where "everything is decomposed and explained, as for a typical, not very skilled, people". [Being very excited of the way the need information was presented] Homer finds the author of the YouTube channel (let he named as simple as possible - "John Handyman"👍), and together they decide to go further and to make more instructions for all life occasions…
Guest star: Peter Serafinowicz as John Handyman

Comments
Homer isn't really skilled workman, is he? And in reality there are many, who (for many reasons) are weak in repairing, physical work, and moreover - in every "extremal" situation (from "how to tie shoelaces so they don't come loose all the time?" to "how to lay asphalt in the heat so that you are not hot" and more casuals). And they actually are able to do everything, but they need detailed instruction, visualization, examples, "explain as for a baby" etc. I caught myself last year on it.😅
The story sounds like Please Homer, Don't Hammer 'Em + Gal of Constant Sorrow subplot I know, you wanted to hear this

MARGE ON THE LAM YET AGAIN IN ALL-NEW "Marge Underground"

Because of the croupier-psychologist (yet again!🤣🤣🤣I need to do something with this), Marge cannot stop in time, and loses a large amount to the "underground" (based in basement a la illegal style) official casino. The croupier internally convinces Marge to leave the city and all ties with relatives (because "it is a shame to return with a debt"); moving to another town where no one knows her, work in an underground casino such like as the croupier-psychologist. Meanwhile, the Simpsons family are worried where is Marge, especially Bart, who is afraid that the fate of Homer and his ran mother (Mona) will repeat itself with him…
Guest stars: Gillian Anderson as croupier, Joe Mantegna as Fat Tony, Glen Close as Mona

Comments
The Marge's story is interesting sode of how people with different kind of addiction feel shame for themselves and that there may be other people, who are like "devils on shoulder" say "do more, do more, none needs you"😈. And then a twist: Marge herself must become such croupier…🤔
The family reaction (and Bart's in particular) would be great emotional emission😀

MR. BURNS DOWSN'T WANT TO LIVE MORE IN ALL-NEW "Sunsets Come so Early Late"

After barely being saved Burns (yeah, I often just massacre him😅:joke:), falls into depression ("I… I realize I could just whoh! die"), without any desire to eat, drink or live…

Comments
Another dark and hard story about there are sometimes so hard situations we want nothing, like "let all goes to hell!😖".
…And no, this idea came BEFORE WAR yet.

LISA CAN'T HIDE HER POTENTIAL IN ALL-NEW "It's Hard to Be the Biggest Fish in a Little Pond"

At the time of the state examination, all Springfield Elementary students should simply "lower the level" of their knowledge and not show their high abilities (according to long-year tradition:D). However, Lisa can't stand it and publicly expresses her desire to "leave this pond" (swamp), to which the government agrees…

Comments
The aim of that "tradition" is "just to be average school without any 'highs' in order to not get some additional goals". Someway based on real life. And there can be good Lisa's angry lines like "why we should hide our talents?" (somethings smells… like "Lisa Gets an 'A'"). And her personal desire and real abilities are seen by examination committee and she was transferred to school for extra smart kids.
I'm not sure - maybe the episode sounds too smart stupid?:uhh:

BEWARE OF THE FIRST EVER SIMPSONS' HALLOWEEN CLIP-SHOW IN ALL-NEW "Treehouse of Treehouses"

In the style of Googlebox TV-show the Simpsons family rewatches and comment Treehouses of Horror…

Comments
Explanation for those, who doesn't know (taken from Wikipedia): The series documents families who are filmed for their observations and reactions to the previous week's television from their own home.
With all honest WTF!'s with "Marge how we could do this?" (and "background" of popular THOH moments) + in my view cause it's non-canon about non-canon a little of one-scene cartoonish moments (e.g. Bart lengthen Lisa's eyes, as they were in Dial Z for Zombies segment). How the staff still didn't come to THOH clip show idea? It's easy🙃
And my production background: initially it was queue for other non-THOH spooky episode, but I wished to deliver something really special because it's milestone season 20, so I switched places season 20 and 21 "Halloween episodes". Yeah, "first look" on there.:P

Great flashback 😉

KRUSTY MUST GET RID OF HIS MONKEY IN ALL-NEW "Monkey See, Monkey Go"

The inspector (Inspector Clarcson-type woman) is unhappy that Mr. Teeny is performing on "Krusty the Klown's Show". She forces Krusty to release the monkey (even despite the wishes of Mr. Teeny himself). However, this is not so easy… Meanwhile after cleaning his nose from the goats , Homer gets a supereye that helps others.

P.S. I think you already understood the logic of matching: if main story is silly/crazy I compare it with such crazy sub-story:P

Hello, @Bohdan,

20.01 You can't do It in a polite society, Homer is ... eek... The beginning when he hesitates between spoons is good, but after, i was uncomfortable (but respect your idea)

20.02 Instruction for the Game of Life and 20.03 Marge undergrounded count as your best ideas, for season 20, so far, i really liked them both.

I also appreciated a plot for 20.07 Monkey Monkey Go, it's good to make stories about animal's protection.

But b plot was surprising.

Forgot about Treehouse of Treehouses 20.06, very nice too.

See you later . :)
